Most applied questions run against product dossiers written for this exam — they exist nowhere else, so the answers can't be looked up. Questions never key on an exact published score: our own measurement work shows exact totals carry noise, so the exam tests reasoning about evidence and rating bands — the part that transfers to real evaluations.

Questions people ask
What exactly does this certification claim?
That the holder demonstrated the ability to apply the Agentic Directory Agenticness framework to product documentation, capability evidence, oversight mechanisms, and realistic evaluation scenarios. It does not claim the holder builds production agents — no quiz can establish that, and we don't pretend otherwise.
Open-book — doesn't that make it trivially easy?
The open-book design is deliberate. The framework and the directory are public, so a recall quiz would be trivially gameable — pretending otherwise is how credentials become jokes. The questions test judgment instead: most of the exam runs against product evidence dossiers written specifically for it, which exist nowhere else, so the answers can't be looked up. If both included sittings are used without a pass, certifying requires a new exam purchase.

How is it scored?
25 questions drawn from a rotating pool, 75 minutes. Passing requires 18/25 overall AND at least 6/10 on applied evaluation — memorized definitions alone can't carry a pass. One free retake is included.
How do employers or clients verify it?
Every credential resolves to a permanent public page with an unambiguous status — active through a stated date, expired, or revoked — plus the exam and framework versions. The registry of certified evaluators is public. Verification is a URL, not a PDF.
Why does it expire after 12 months?
Because the field and the framework genuinely move. Renewal is a short status refresh on what changed — never a re-purchase of the full exam, and never a fee-plus-busywork tax.
Can a vendor buy a better outcome?
No. Same rule as everything on this site: standing is not purchasable. The exam is scored against a published blueprint; the registry records outcomes; no commercial relationship touches either.
