Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Agentic.ai. By using our Service, you agree to these terms.
About the Service
Agentic.ai provides semantic alerts and interpretations: we ingest news and related sources, cluster near-duplicate items, and run “Lens” agents to explain what changed and why it matters (with receipts). We link to sources and do not republish full paywalled text. The Service is accessible via the web app, email digests, REST API, and MCP (Model Context Protocol) for AI assistant integration.

1. Accounts & Eligibility
You must be capable of forming a binding contract and comply with these Terms and all applicable laws. You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
2. Plans, Billing & Renewals
Access may be free or paid by subscription. Paid plans auto-renew unless canceled as described in your account settings.
Payment Processing
Fees are billed by Stripe; you authorize recurring charges. Taxes may apply.
Pricing Changes
We may change pricing upon reasonable notice.
Refunds
Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable for partial periods.
3. The Service; Beta Features; Changes
We may add, modify, or discontinue features. Certain features may be labeled beta or experimental and are provided “as is,” may be subject to usage caps, and may change without notice.

4. API & MCP Access
We provide a REST API and MCP (Model Context Protocol) server for programmatic and AI-assistant access to the Service. API and MCP access requires an active Pro subscription (including free trial).
API Keys
You may create API keys to authenticate requests. Keys are hashed upon creation and cannot be retrieved. You are responsible for keeping your API keys confidential and for all activity under them.
Rate Limits
API access is subject to rate limits (currently 300 req/min global, 30 for search, 10 for writes). We may adjust limits to protect system health.
MCP Server
AI assistants (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) may connect via MCP using OAuth 2.0 with PKCE. The assistant acts on your behalf within your account permissions.
Usage Logging
We log API requests and MCP tool calls (endpoint, timestamp, tool name) for analytics, billing, and abuse prevention.
API and MCP access is subject to the same Acceptable Use restrictions in Section 5. Automated access that degrades system performance, circumvents rate limits, or attempts to extract data in bulk may result in key revocation and account suspension.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Violate Laws or Rights
Including IP, privacy, publicity, or contractual rights.
Unauthorized Access
Attempt to access the Service or underlying systems without authorization, disrupt or impair the Service, or circumvent rate limits.
Competitive Use
Use the Service to build or train models that compete with Agentic.ai or to scrape, mirror, or bulk export content in a way that degrades system stability.
Content Republishing
Republish or distribute full-text content from third-party publishers obtained via the Service, or attempt to bypass third-party paywalls.
We may monitor for abuse and enforce limits (including LLM token metering).
6. Your Content
You may submit configuration and content, including Watches, Lenses, curated Collections, feedback (e.g., thumbs up/down), and chats. You retain ownership of your content.
License Grant
You grant Agentic.ai a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, display, and otherwise use your content solely to provide and improve the Service (including personalization and relevance tuning for you and internal ranking/quality purposes).
We do not use your content to train public foundation models.
You represent that you have necessary rights to submit your content and that it does not infringe third-party rights.
7. AI Outputs & Critical Use Disclaimer
Important Notice
LLM-generated text and alerts may be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated. Outputs are for informational purposes only and are not legal, financial, investment, or medical advice. Always consult the linked sources (“receipts”) and exercise independent judgment.
8. Third-Party Services & Links
The Service integrates with or links to third parties (e.g., publishers, payment processors, authentication, LLM providers, analytics, error tracking). Use of third-party services is governed by their terms and privacy policies.

9. Intellectual Property; Publisher Content
Agentic.ai owns the Service and all related IP, including our clustering, ranking, and lensing logic, along with the UI. Third-party publisher content remains the property of its owners; we provide summaries/extracts with links back and avoid full-text republishing, consistent with our “Receipts always” principle.
If you are a rights holder and believe your rights are infringed, contact us for takedown.

Send to legal@agentic.ai with sufficient detail to identify the material and your rights claim.
10. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal data and is incorporated by reference. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices described there, including use of sub-processors and LLM providers (e.g., OpenAI) to generate Lenses.
11. Service Availability; Support
We strive for reliable operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may impose or adjust usage caps (e.g., token budgets per cluster/day) to protect system health and manage costs.
12. Warranties & Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AGENTIC.AI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that outputs will be error-free or that alerts will capture every relevant item.
13. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AGENTIC.AI WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, COVER, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.
OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY OR (B) USD $100.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; those limitations apply to you only to the extent permitted by law.
14. Indemnification
You will indemnify and hold harmless Agentic.ai and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
15. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for actual or suspected violations of these Terms, harm to other users, security risks, or non-payment.
You may cancel at any time via your account settings; upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, but certain provisions survive (e.g., IP, disclaimers, limitations of liability).
16. Export & Sanctions
You must comply with applicable export control and sanctions laws. You may not use the Service if you are subject to sanctions or in embargoed jurisdictions.
17. Governing Law; Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Denver, Colorado, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms. If we make material changes, we will provide notice (e.g., by email or in-product), and the changes will take effect on the stated effective date. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
